  • How long will my order take?

    Orders normally take between one day and two weeks to ship unless our supplier is on backorder.  In this case, we will notify you as soon as possible. 


    Can I get a rush order?

    Rush orders may be possible if we have the components to create your items in stock.  Ordering over the phone is the fastest way to expedite your order.

    Rush orders may not be possible for us to fill during busy times such as the holidays.  Please feel free to call us direct with any questions or concerns at 404-371-5181.


    Will a rush order cost extra?

    Fedex or UPS Overnight Shipping will be charged accordingly with an additional $5.00 handling charge.  This does not necessarily indicate that the order will go out the same day that it is ordered, but the day that fabrication is completed by Vivid Boutique.

    Vivid Boutique does not charge extra to fill emergency orders if time allows.


    I would like to change the design or color on a necklace, can I?

    We currently offer only the options that are presented on the website.  Please visit our retail store for dozens of additional one-of-a-kind jewelry designs.


    I need a smaller or larger size, can I order a special size?

    Because all jewelry is created specifically for our clients when they order it, we are always happy to work with anyone who needs special sizing.  Larger or longer items may incur additional charges because more components are used.

    I do not like my jewelry. Can I return it?

    Because each item is created specifically for your order, we request that you ask any pertinent questions before ordering.  Returns on jewelry items are not accepted.


    I have some beads I want made into a necklace, can Vivid do it?

    Due to time constraints, we do not create any custom jewelry other than the designs on our website at this time.  We will periodically add additional items, so please check back often to see what is new.


    I wish to pay by check or money order, are they accepted?

    Checks and money orders in U.S. funds are accepted but may delay your order.  Please call for more information at 404-371-5181.


    Why has my credit card not been charged?

    Your credit card will not be charged until your order is fabricated.  You may request to be notified through email or by phone when your account is being charged.  Your reciept will be sent with your order.


    My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

    Because we package outgoing shipments very securely, Vivid is not responsible for damaged items.  We will file a claim with the shipping service for damaged packages.  Insurance is available at the request of the customer at the rate of $1.30 per $50.00.

    Please call us as soon as possible so that we can fix your damaged items.  Additional shipping charges and repair fees are the responsibility of the consumer unless insurance is purchased.


    Why is my shipping charge not showing up?

    Vivid charges only the actual shipping charge, and utilizes USPS Priority Mail and FedEx, which both are generally less expensive than UPS.  We may need to adjust the charge that is shown on your checkout manually before shipping to reflect the actual cost.  If you have any questions or would like to know how much your shipping charges will be before your items are sent, please call or email us.  We will always do our best to save you money.
